Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screening and facilitate the interview by hiring manager
- Support in new sourcing channels and continuous promoting employer branding initiatives through all available portals effectively.
- Preparation of salary proposal for management’s approval
- Oversee pre-employment process as well as prepare offer package to the selected candidate,
- Ensure the Job description to be updated at all times
- Contract Signing and Reporting
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, Age 23 – 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years HR Generalist /Specialist from large scale organization is preferred
- Result oriented, self-driven, high commitment.
- Creative, Multi-tasking Skill with strong interpersonal, a can-do attitude
- MS Officer literate and good English command
